| Are we in Paris already? Nope still Vegas |
We had a lot of fun in Vegas and we walked A LOT! We had fun popping in and out of the different hotels checking them out. We also went to the Titanic exhibit and the Bodies exhibit in the Luxor. Both definitely worth seeing if you are there. The Titanic one had lots of artifacts that had been recovered even a piece of the ship, which was recently brought up. I have been on a huge naval ship before but I believe the Titanic would have dwarfed that ship. It was so much bigger than I ever understood before and so elaborate. They had a pool and squash court on there just like on cruise lines today! It was definitely a little eerie going through reading about all the people who were on the ship. It was interesting how so many of them were transferred at the last minute on to the Titanic from other liners or how many had uneasy feelings about boarding the Titanic in the first place. Luckily we learned a lot from the Titanic and naval crossings improved in safety afterwards.

I absolutely loved the bodies exhibit! It was a great refresher course in anatomy and made me miss that class I took at BYU so much! I love the human body and find it just incredible how everything works together. Matt was a bit freaked out by some of the bodies in there but he learned a lot, which made me a proud nurse that he understood a bit more about what I am so passionate about.

Top tips of Vegas
1. This one isn't really a tip but something we loved FREE parking and bathrooms everywhere!
2. Buy the 3 for $57 deal to the exhibits if you plan to spend the day there and you aren't as lucky as we are in playing roulette and tripling your bet of $3 to $12 :) we're such risk takers
3. Don't buy tickets online to shows, employees inside the hotels are practically begging you to fill their seats for their shows for cheap.
4. It can be hot in Vegas but is sure cold in the hotels, bring a jacket
